About the Role:
We are hiring a dedicated Personal Insurance Broker to join our dynamic team. You will be the primary contact for individuals and families looking to protect their homes, cars, and personal assets.
Responsibilities:

Consult with clients to assess personal insurance needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

Prepare quotes, explain coverage options, and close new policies.

Manage policy renewals, changes, and service requests promptly.

Provide guidance and support to clients during claims situations.
What You’ll Be In Charge Of:
Helping our clients secure peace of mind by delivering outstanding advice, coverage, and service.
Qualifications:

1-3 years of experience in personal lines insurance sales or service.

Familiarity with home, auto, and umbrella insurance products.
Education:

High school diploma required. College diploma or relevant coursework in Insurance or Business is an asset.
Required Skills:

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.

Proficiency with broker management systems and quoting software.
Certifications (preferred but not mandatory):

RIBO License (mandatory if operating in Ontario)

CIP or CAIB designations are considered an asset
