About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Claims Adjuster to join our growing team. You will play a crucial role in helping clients through some of their most challenging times by managing and resolving claims fairly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Investigate, evaluate, and settle insurance claims across various lines including property, auto, and liability.
  • Communicate with claimants, policyholders, witnesses, and experts to gather information.
  • Prepare reports, document findings, and recommend fair settlements.
  • Negotiate with claimants and legal representatives when necessary.

What You’ll Be In Charge Of:
Guiding our clients through the claims process with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience handling insurance claims.
  • Strong understanding of policy coverage analysis and claims procedures.

Education:

  • College diploma or bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Business, or a related field preferred.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent investigative and negotiation skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Comfortable working independently and managing multiple claims at once.

Certifications (preferred but not mandatory):

  • Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP)
  • Licensed Adjuster (where applicable)
